This is an Integral Designs insulated (synthetic fiber) jacket. It's reversible, with a pure blue side and a fluorescent orange side.It has a slightly relaxed fit on a petite woman who is 153cm tall. There are no issues with the zippers or cords. It's very well-made, and I've worn it for about 2 years, but there are no noticeable frays.
