This is a lovely Licca-chan room, designed like a girl's dream room. It comes with lots of system furniture, allowing you to rearrange and play to your liking.

① Includes a bed with a ladder, wardrobe, bookshelf, step shelf, desk, and chair.
② The desk top opens to reveal a dresser with a small storage compartment.
③ There is storage space under the chair.
④ The wall doors and windows can be opened.
⑤ It comes in a bag-type case for easy storage and carrying (Licca-chan doll is not included).

There is a tear on the door and some scratches on the floor (pictures 16-18), but otherwise there are no significant scratches or stains, and it's in good condition. Please understand that this is a used item, and I would like to pass it on to someone who will play with it. Thank you.

As there is no original box, the furniture will be wrapped in cushioning material, stored in the main case, protected from water damage, and shipped in a recycled cardboard box. Shipping will be via Takkyubin (Yamato Transport) 80 size.
