This is a white Wood and Sons Ellgreave teapot with blue trim and blue flowers. It has a scalloped shape and a matching lid. I cannot find this pattern name or age.

The teapot measures about 5.75 inches across and is 9.00 inches from handle to spout. It is 4.50 inches to the rim and 6.00 inches to the top of the handle.

The teapot is missing a tiny bit of blue trim at the spout. It has no chips, cracks, crazing, or other damage.
