How to:

• Flash Lift has a variable mixing ratio, ranging from 1:1 to 1:2

• In a non metallic bowl, use the calibrated Flash Lift scoop to measure 1 oz. of lightener with either:

*1 oz. of developer for the perfect 1:1 ratio (ideal for open air, freehand techniques)

* 2 oz. of developer for a 1:2 ratio (ideal for on-scalp techniques, allows easy of spreadability for full head foils and ombre techniques)
