I purchased this item newly-released and unused the other day to check its usability, and I am satisfied with it, so I am letting it go.
I only touched it for an hour or two after opening it, applying the protective glass, and putting on the cover.
The ROM had POCO F3 ROM installed, so I was able to use Google services in Japanese without any problems.
Regarding communication, I only used WiFi, so I don't know about SIM compatibility or how it works.
